EDUCCKATE is a project from knowl Social Enterprise for Education and Lifelong Learning that aims to develop an innovative training and mentored internship scheme for the support of Higher Education Institutions and businesses, the cultivation of entrepreneurial mindset of students and graduates and the promotion of entrepreneurship.
EDUCCKATE is an 18-month initiative co-funded by the European Commission, under the Directorate-General for Education and Culture that aims to build a “Knowledge Alliance” to bring together Higher Education Institutions and businesses in 7 countries.
It aims to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset in students and graduates and promote entrepreneurship in the CC sector. The EDUCCKATE Conference “The art of making business” was the final event of the programme and was held in Athens – Greece on Tuesday 8 July 2014.
Amongst other distinguished professionals from the sectors of culture, art and education, Georges Perot was invited as a key note speaker along with policy makers, entrepreneurs and artists ! (See the conference program here).
