On the 15th of September Vincenzo Spera (Assomusica), Georges Perot (NPO Meso Events), Márton Náray (Common Creation) and Massimo Macaluso (Euradia) exchanged views during the panel “Networking as Strategy to Promote the Circulation of Young Artists” as part of the Linecheck Festival, an important music meeting which serves as hub for music professionals, gathering this year for the first time Milan music scene in order to project the city at international level and highlight the dynamics of the music events industry through conferences, workshops, showcases and networking occasions.
The panel was organised following the initiave of Assomusica, the Italian Association of Organizers and Producers of live music performances, on the importance of networking strategies in Europe to support the growth of the music industry, strategies that cannot be independent of appropriate policies for the circulation and mobility of young artists.
There were four different specific focus.
