Call for experienced collaborators MESO Events is entering a new phase of European activity and is inviting experienced freelance professionals to collaborate across a set of co funded European initiatives in music, culture, and innovation. 2. Athens Music Week 2025 We are looking to work with professionals with at least three (3) years of experience in the cultural and creative sector, European project management ideally with a strong focus on music policy, the music industry, or European CCI related innovation ecosystems. Profiles of interest include people with experience in: We value people who combine reliability, structure, and initiative, and who are comfortable working in international and collaborative environments. This is an open call for collaboration, not a single fixed role. Collaborations may be project based or medium term, depending on profile and availability. Strategic Opportunities for New Innovative Changes in Music Policies
SONIC focuses on strengthening regional and European cooperation around innovation policies for the cultural and creative industries, with a strong emphasis on knowledge exchange, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based policy development. Support relates to event delivery, activity level stakeholder engagement, and applied research and documentation linked to CCI policy and ecosystems.
The Music Tech Europe Academy is the first European accelerator dedicated to music tech founders, supporting early-stage ventures through training, mentoring, and international exposure.
Support relates to local coordination and event management for the Athens based activities of the 2025 Academy cycle, including training sessions, workshops, and networking formats.
Athens Music Week is a leading international music conference and showcase in Southeast Europe, connecting artists, professionals, institutions, and European networks. Support relates to operational and event coordination during the 2025 edition, in close connection with European partners, networks, and co funded initiatives.
