A Creative Europe-funded programme bridging innovation and entrepreneurship in the music sector across Europe

Programme Overview

JUMP was a two-year Creative Europe cooperation project that connected music professionals from across Europe through a unique combination of training, mentoring, and market access. It focused on turning ideas into sustainable music ventures by helping professionals acquire the skills and partnerships needed to scale projects and foster innovation. The project responded to growing demands for entrepreneurship, collaboration, and adaptability within the music ecosystem.

MESO’s Role

MESO was one of six core partners in the JUMP consortium. It hosted training modules, provided mentoring, and led participant selection in Southeast Europe. MESO also contributed to the programme’s visibility and cross-regional development strategy.

Legacy and Impact

JUMP helped lay the foundation for future music entrepreneurship programmes, including HEMI and MTEA.

Many participants went on to launch new ventures, digital tools, platforms, and artist-facing services. Its cross-border mentorship model remains a reference in cultural entrepreneurship circles.
