Programme Overview

Music Tech Europe Academy (MTEA) is the first pan-European mentoring programme dedicated to music tech entrepreneurs. Co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union, MTEA brings together emerging founders with top industry mentors to accelerate business development, foster innovation, and create new connections between music and technology.

The programme supports startups working at the intersection of music, tech, and creativity - from AI and rights management to immersive experiences and audience tools. Through a curated 7-month journey, selected participants receive tailored mentoring, pitch training, peer exchange, and direct links to investors and leading events.

MTEA responds to the urgent need for stronger innovation pipelines in the cultural and creative sectors, helping music tech ventures grow sustainably across Europe.
