About
NIMPE – Network for the Internationalisation of Music Producers in Europe
A Creative Europe cooperation project supporting mobility, export, and ecosystem growth for Europe’s independent music sector
Programme Overview
NIMPE was a three-year Creative Europe project aimed at strengthening international collaboration between independent music producers, festivals, and cultural SMEs. It combined training, co-creation labs, showcases, and resource development to support mobility, business development, and cross-border cooperation in the music industry.
The project’s outcomes included new transnational partnerships, a stronger support framework for independent professionals, and an early push toward more collaborative, agile models for cross-border touring and cooperation in Europe’s live music sector.
MESO’s Role
MESO co-developed the project’s concept and structure, hosted the Greek edition of the NIMPE Music Factory, and led visibility and outreach in Southeast Europe. MESO also contributed to the project’s business toolkits and peer learning methodology.
