MESO Events Hub is expanding its team

As MESO Events Hub expands its work across music, innovation, professional development and European cultural cooperation, we are looking for freelance and project-based collaborators who can combine marketing and communications, press-office support and project management within one flexible profile.

The collaboration may support:
1. SONIC – an Interreg Europe cooperation project improving SME competitiveness policies in the music sector;
2. Music Tech Europe Academy, supporting music-tech innovators and entrepreneurship across Europe;
3. Athens Music Week, MESO’s international meeting point for music, business, technology and culture;
the early development of AGORA, a new platform connecting music, culture, education, innovation and community;
4. other European and music-sector projects developed by MESO Events Hub.

The profile
We are interested in professionals who can work across three connected areas:
1. Marketing and communications: content planning, newsletters, websites, social media, partner communication and promotional campaigns.
2. Press office: press releases, media lists, journalist relations, interview coordination, accreditation and monitoring of media coverage.
3. Project management: coordination of activities and deadlines, communication with partners and participants, preparation of meetings and events, documentation, reporting and general operational follow-up.
Applicants should have practical experience in the music, cultural, creative or European-project sectors, strong organisational and writing skills, professional English and Greek, and the ability to work independently within a small and fast-moving team.

Collaborations will be organised on a freelance or project basis, according to the timetable, scope and available budget of each activity.
